Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

 

1. V. P. Bedekar & Sons Pvt Ltd. offer our products and services subject to following return, refund and replacement policy.
2. As a policy, we do not accept Goods returns. Under certain conditions, we allow refund. These conditions are as under
3. Under following conditions, we will provide 100% (one hundred percent) refund or replacement.
   1. Products received in a damaged condition due to transit issues.
   2. Products that have passed their expiry date.
   3. Products that do not match the ones ordered by you.
4. For any of the issues listed above, you must request a refund within 24 hours of delivery, by sending an email to____________ with an image of the product in question. The Batch Number & Date of Packing should be visible in the image.
5. Please also mention your order number in the email sent by your registered email id.
6. On receiving your complaint, the product details such as Batch number, Date of Manufacture etc will be checked at our end. The acceptance of the refund claim will be send to you by email in 5(five) working days from receipt of the complaint email.
7. If your case is considered for refund, the refund will be granted as store credit in a week’s time after our acceptance email.

 

Cancellation Policy

V.P. Bedekar & Sons Pvt. Ltd. Reserves the right to cancel your order under following circumstances.

1. Unavailability Of the product.
2. Product is discontinued but it is still visible on our website.
3. Product is not available for delivery in your geographic location.
4. The delivery partners are not  having any delivery service to your location.

If we cancel your order due any of the above circumstances or due to any other valid circumstance, we will intimate the same by an email on your registered email address. We will process your  refund granted as store credit in a week’s time after our email.

 

You can also cancel your order before the product  is shipped from our warehouse. Once the product is shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. 

We refund all payments made for orders placed as a store credit, which can be used by you for future purchases. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such orders. These customers/accounts will be denied access from the use of site or purchase of products in the future.
