Refund policy


We don't accept returns since the product is a food product. We assure you that you receive the fresh and quality product. If there is any problem related to the quality of the product i.e if you observe any unpleasant smell or undesirable taste you can contact our support team and explain the issue. Then the discussion will be held and they will help you accordingly.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

After the discussion with the customer and inspection of the situation we let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You as a customer can cancel your order till the order has been shipped by calling our customer service and not more than 24 hours after placing the order. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order and the same will be transferred to your bank account in 5-7 working days once we process your refund. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

●      Estimated Delivery Time is approximately 5-7 days to deliver Bedekar products to the Customer. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, V. P. Bedekar & Sons Pvt. Ltd. shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.

●      In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of Bedekar products, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation nor refund of the billed amount. But customer can send their feedback of same on info@vpbedekar.com. We at Bedekar will try our best to address your concern. However if there is any shortfall in delivery or the food items such as leakage or damage, the Customer shall at the time of delivery return the food items to the delivery boy with a written complaint of the same on the Bill against signature of the delivery boy. Moreover, in the event of any shortfall in delivery or the food items having spilled/ or being damaged, the Customer shall inform Bedekar at the consumer care e-mail of the same within 24 hours. Bedekar shall thereafter initiate investigations in the matter of complaint received and shall make reasonable efforts to complete such investigation within a period of 10 days from the date of such commencement. The decision of Bedekar on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Customer and the customer shall not dispute the same.

●      After mutual agreement of refund of payment, V. P.Bedekar & Sons Pvt. Ltd. shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid. Such refund shall be fulfilled in 7 working days from the date of mutual agreement.
